Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to support industrial construction projects across the Gulf Coast region. You will ensure safety, scope, budget, and schedule targets are met while working with client sites. Travel up to 30% and proximity to Midland, TX is required.

You will lead multi-asset facility projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with third-party design teams. Strong safety focus and experience in MEP/HVAC within industrial real estate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or five years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience but 5 years preferred in a project management role for real estate industrial construction.
• Experience with industrial real estate projects including MEP and HVAC with strong safety programs preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage third party design efforts.
• Oversee multiple project sites, ensuring resources are in place to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead all facets of project and program management for multi-asset facility projects.
• Handle HVAC asset assessments, roofing replacements, and roadway assessments on industrial sites.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, cost and estimates; ensure safety compliance.
