Job summary

Duke Energy seeks a Project Manager II to lead strategic initiatives across Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, Accounts Payable, Operations, Technology, and external partners. You will identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive execution from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5 years related work experience required.
In lieu of degree, HS/GED with 9 years related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
Establish governance structures, operating rhythms, reporting processes.
Coordinate efforts across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate leadership discussions and support executive decision-making.
Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.
Develop business cases, value estimates, and executive reporting.
Track realized operational and financial benefits.
Drive governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives.
