This role blends business acumen with technical insight, leading the lifecycle from concept to launch and applying AI-informed practices and data-driven decisions to drive product success.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the CCE product roadmap strategy and lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate requirements into backlog items and acceptance criteria.
• Embed AI/automation in features to improve dispatcher efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to deliver intuitive experiences for high-pressure users.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customers to develop go-to-market plans and gather feedback.
