Qualifications

• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience supporting global immunology trials.
• Experience managing studies across multiple countries and regions.
• Vendor management experience is required.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and lifecycle.
• Experience across Phase I–IV immunology studies.
• Familiar with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work within global, cross-functional matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution and delivery of global immunology trials.
• Partner with study leads and cross-functional teams on global trials.
• Lead day-to-day study management across startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution.
• Oversee external vendors and CROs.
• Coordinate team meetings and action-item follow-up.
• Support study-level planning, forecasting, and strategy execution.
• Monitor study performance metrics and intervene as needed.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and report study status.
