Responsibilities

• Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Create comprehensive project plans to share with clients and staff.
• Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting within approved budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the life cycle.
• Conduct post‑project evaluation to identify successes and opportunities.
• Support automation of processes where feasible and assist with other projects.
