Job summary

Tower Health is seeking an experienced project management professional to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across clinical, operational, and technology domains. You will work under the direction of the ePMO and collaborate with executive leadership to manage a portfolio of projects with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading projects, coaching junior staff, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement of PM processes

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in healthcare or health system networks.
• Strong ability to build partnerships and influence without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to provide clear updates and risk reviews.
• Experience using PM methods and basic project management principles.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity; adaptable to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to high complexity projects within Tower Health's PM framework.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project requests and portfolios.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely project updates and issues management.
• Provide PM training and coaching to less experienced staff.
• Contribute to PMO evolution by improving standards, processes and tools.
