Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Project Manager to assume overall responsibility for the coordination, performance, and completion of projects. You will perform independent business, governance, engagement, reporting, and project support activities.

This role is remote but will ideally be able to attend in-person meetings at the client office in Silver Spring, MD. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and proven ability to manage government-related projects and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7 years of applicable experience.
• Masters Degree and PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience drafting white papers or guidance documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, staffing performance, and staffing selection efforts.
• Formulate, communicate, and enforce quality work standards.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements, and follow-up activities.
