Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Five+ years of communications experience with handling complex projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications workstreams for clients with complex missions and diverse audiences.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, translating goals into practical plans and coordinating teams.
• Develop content across channels and ensure quality, schedule, scope, and budget alignment.
• Coach and mentor team members and coordinate with leadership on staffing and delivery issues.
