Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the coordination, performance, and completion of projects. The role is remote but may require in-person meetings at the client office in Silver Spring, MD.

Responsibilities include governance, reporting, budgeting, staffing, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Required: 7 years of project management experience; Masters Degree and PMP Certification.

Qualifications

• 7 years of applicable project management experience.
• Masters Degree and PMP certification preferred.
• Experience serving Federal clients, particularly FDA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects from initiation to delivery.
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and report status.
• Prepare upper-management reports on project status.
• Lead planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance improvements.
• Maintain governance documentation, action logs, and rosters.
• Ensure compliance with laws, labor rules, and contractual requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact with government contract staff for reporting.
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements; track risks and milestones.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
• Demonstrate effective communication with senior clients.
