Job summary

Colossal Contracting, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to support our PMO in Annapolis, MD, sitting remotely with occasional in-person meetings. The role covers end-to-end project development and implementation, acting as a key point of contact and delivering detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable with periodic travel to project sites across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in government contracting.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Systems or related technical discipline preferred but not required.
• Experience managing client expectations and communicating with senior management.
• Strong ability to document and formalize procedures for cross-functional teams.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements with users.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for IT projects from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with business customers to define, plan and implement technology solutions.
• Document organizational needs for development and implementation.
• Track progress, adjust schedules, and provide status updates to the team.
• Identify process improvements for portfolio, project and program management.
• Possess ability to obtain a security clearance and related certifications as needed.
