ReWorks Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinate diverse teams, and maintain timelines in a remote setting. You will manage planning through completion, liaising with US and China teams to ensure alignment and visibility into progress.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented, with strong English communication and the ability to handle shifting priorities.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with multiple projects managed independently.
• Experience coordinating with distributed teams across time zones.
• Experience working remotely and managing competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to follow up consistently and meet commitments.
• Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and escalate issues when needed.
• Comfortable working with international teams across time zones.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and progress trackers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate project activities across different teams and stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks early and address them promptly.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Provide clear, concise, and timely written updates on progress.
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders on outstanding items and commitments.
• Escalate blockers or issues promptly when input or decisions are required.
• Maintain professional communication across time zones.
• Maintain calendars, schedules, and PM systems up to date.
