Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development or IT industry.
• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Manage and track project progress, and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
