Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group is seeking a Project Manager (Rebrand & Integration) to lead branding and integration initiatives. The role supports remote delivery and coordinates across cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and on‑time execution.

Responsibilities include establishing PMO processes, managing plans, timelines, resources, risks, and interdependencies, and delivering regular stakeholder reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project, program, or portfolio management experience.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO processes, tools, templates, and best practices.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and interdependencies.
• Partner with business and brand leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
• Provide project oversight, stakeholder reporting, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
