The role is fully remote and full‑time, requiring leadership across design research, engineering, and Maryland state project leads. Strong PM, agile, and stakeholder skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification or SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant).
• Active Cloud Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines using Project Management & Agile Scrum best practices.
• Drive roadmaps, manage epic lifecycles, and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
• Lead client communication, gather requirements, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Mentor team members, balance workload, and remove blockers to keep projects on track.
