Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Project Manager for a large-scale ERP implementation. Remote (U.S.) with contract terms, leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing complex financial services projects, strong communication, and the ability to drive stakeholder alignment and project health across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Scrum teams and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with both business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive consensus and decision-making across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Assess project status, scope, risks, dependencies, and overall health upon engagement.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead execution across business and technology workstreams.
• Facilitate project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, compliance, and external partners.
• Support delivery within a hybrid Agile and Waterfall framework.
• Oversee Scrum team execution, sprint planning, and dependency management.
• Escalate and resolve blockers impacting project schedules and deliverables.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across multiple business functions.
• Ensure project objectives remain aligned with strategic business goals.
