Qualifications

• Five or more years leading complex enterprise software implementation, modernization, or systems integration projects.
• Experience in client-side, owner-side, or PMO oversight roles.
• Strong governance, planning, scheduling, risk, and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise software implementation, modernization, and systems integration from planning through stabilization.
• Establish governance, integrated plans and schedules, change control, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate business processes, requirements validation, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Assess vendor performance, identify variances, and communicate corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, manage priorities, and maintain progress across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare client-facing status reports and governance materials for executive audiences.
• Coordinate stakeholders to resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
