DXC Technology seeks a senior ERP-focused professional to analyze requirements and drive the design, build, and testing of software solutions for enterprise systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality results.

The role emphasizes ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), strong project management and leadership skills, and adherence to ITAR/compliance requirements; remote work with on-site client engagement in Waterford, CT

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, including 2+ years in a similar leadership role.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
Strong programming and debugging skills.
Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
Familiarity with software development best practices.

Responsibilities

Support a team of engineers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
Assist in growth and mentoring of team members through feedback and coaching.
Contribute to software engineering strategy and technology assessments.
Manage project tasks, prioritization, and planning to meet goals.
Monitor timelines, resources, and budgets for efficient execution.
