Job summary

Impiricus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our DocUpdate team and own project execution across one of our fastest-growing product lines. This role serves as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Concierge to drive execution from planning through delivery.

You will act as the air traffic controller for concurrent workstreams, partnering with multiple teams to stay on schedule and remove roadblocks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP Certification (required).
• 3+ years of corporate project management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently lead projects with minimal oversight while guiding multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using modern PM platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management across multiple DocUpdate initiatives, ensuring projects remain on schedule and key stakeholders stay aligned.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing competing priorities while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting for cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight while ensuring accountability across teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
