Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of Fixed Video products in a dynamic, multi‑team setting. You will coordinate with sales, engineering, and partners to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role involves managing complex programs, driving process improvements, and forecasting revenue/costs for FVIA initiatives while supporting a strong, people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Deployment, or Product Management, with PMP certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Management, Public Safety, or Technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of Fixed Video products and services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded FV products/services.
• Create, manage, and receive purchase orders.
• Work with FV Sales and Pre-Sales to capture service revenue milestones.
• Manage projects from inception to completion with channel partners and internal teams.
• Forecast FVIA revenue/costs and update regularly.
• Participate in project reviews and status meetings; communicate progress.
• Identify process improvements in FVIA Standalone and Ecosystem projects.
• Develop business plans and strategies to increase opportunities.
• Ensure project objectives are met within time and budget.
