Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced FVIA Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of Fixed Video products and services. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are met while driving revenue opportunities across channel partners and sales teams.

You will forecast financials, participate in reviews, and seek efficiencies while maintaining schedule and quality across complex programs. Travel 25-50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Deployment, or Product Management, plus PMP certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25-50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of Motorola Solutions Fixed Video products and services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded Fixed Video offerings.
• Create, manage, and receive purchase orders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to capture service revenue through milestones.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, tracking performance across partners and internal teams.
• Forecast FVIA revenue and costs and update regularly.
• Participate in project reviews and status meetings, reporting progress to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve FVIA processes and drive efficiencies.
• Develop business plans and strategies to increase opportunities.
• Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints.
