Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a FVIA Project Manager to lead the development and rollout of Fixed Video products. You will coordinate across departments, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery with partners and sales teams.

The role requires PMP-certified project leadership, strong communication, and ability to operate in a multi-stakeholder environment in the U.S., with significant travel and budget accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, Finance, Management, Public Safety or Technology.
• 5+ years of project, deployment, or product management experience; PMP certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; employer sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of Fixed Video products and services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded Fixed Video offerings.
• Create, manage, and receive purchase orders.
• Monitor project performance and forecast FVIA revenue and costs.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder communications.
