Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of Fixed Video products and services in the U.S. This role coordinates with cross-functional teams, manages purchase orders, and collaborates with sales to capture revenue milestones.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Deployment, or Product Management with PMP certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
• High School diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of Motorola Solutions Fixed Video products and services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded Fixed Video products or services.
• Create, manage, and receive purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to capture service revenue milestones.
• Manage projects from inception to completion and monitor performance with partners and internal teams.
• Forecast FVIA revenue/costs and update regularly.
• Participate in project reviews and communicate status to management.
• Drive process improvements for Standalone and Ecosystem projects.
• Develop business plans, strategies, and approaches to increase opportunities.
