Integrated Staffing is seeking a Project Manager to support federal program reporting and data analysis for home energy modernization initiatives. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across multiple data sources, with collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

The position is remote with a preference for candidates in or near Albany, NY. It’s a 2-year contract, 37.5 hours per week, start date November 1, 2026, and pay rate $40–$46 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience, esp. in project management, program administration, data analysis, reporting, grants administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with data analysis to develop reports and evaluate program performance.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify discrepancies or compliance issues.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly federal program reporting, including IRA-related reporting.
• Review program documentation for compliance with policies and federal requirements.
• Pull, organize, validate, and analyze records from multiple systems and data sources.
• Support federal-level reporting and internal auditing activities.
• Assist with invoice processing and related documentation review.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop clear, accurate reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program staff to evaluate performance and outcomes.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure timely reporting deliverables.
• Support other projects contributing to the home energy modernization program.
