Job summary

Island Exterior Fabricators (IEF) is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from contract award through closeout. You will oversee schedules, budgets, client relationships, and cross‑functional coordination with engineering, production, procurement, and field operations.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation, change management, cost tracking, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, façade, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project financials and scheduling tools such as Procore or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Act as primary client contact and coordinate with general contractors and consultants.
• Lead internal coordination across design, procurement, production, logistics, and field teams.
• Manage scope changes and document pricing.
