Job summary

ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall management direction for single or multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and satisfying customers.

You will oversee project objectives, liaise with prime client contracts, and direct on-site construction management with the goal of project success. Key responsibilities include coordinating with Purchasing, Installation, and Logistics; reviewing shop drawings; and maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Installation and Logistics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze projects to determine scope, schedule requirements, and coordinate with Purchasing and Installation.
• Prepare, submit, obtain approval, verify and track billings until payment is received.
• Coordinate with in-house Logistics regarding long-haul deliveries.
• Promote ISEC and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, general contractors, owners and architects.
