Job summary

ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Door/Frame/Hardware projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and maintaining strong client relationships. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Installation, and the Corporate Office to align priorities and resources.

The role requires leadership to guide Project Engineers, manage vendor contracts, and uphold safety standards across on-site teams. Exempt status and a focus on quality control are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction to Door/Frame/Hardware projects and coordinate with prime client contracts.
• Monitor construction and financial activities through administrative direction of on-site construction manager.
• Establish project objectives, priorities, and budgets; ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, submit, obtain approval, verify and track billings until payment is received.
• Set up cost projections for all projects and update monthly.
• Promote safety and maintain a safe work environment on site.
