IES Infrastructure is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee generator enclosure projects from order receipt through fabrication and final delivery. You will serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing, quality, and shipping to ensure timelines and costs meet expectations.

• Previous experience in project management or manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal departments to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to hold projects to schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and project tracking or ERP systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple generator enclosure projects from order through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Track project progress and identify delays, conflicts, and risks.
• Ensure customer specifications, drawings, purchase orders, and project requirements are communicated to departments.
• Monitor status and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate project changes and ensure revisions are communicated to affected departments.
• Serve as central point between sales, engineering, drafting, purchasing, production, quality control, and shipping.
• Escalate issues when necessary and drive timely resolution.
