Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is looking for an ERP Project Manager. The ERP Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day project management and coordinated delivery of IT solutions for stakeholders.

This role focuses on practical execution, bringing together software delivery teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and governance partners to turn agreed objectives into an executable delivery plan.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise ERP implementations, especially CloudSuite Distribution.
• Strong business acumen with a tech background.
• Experience using project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and governance of complex technology projects.
• Develop integrated project plans and manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Deliver key metrics on time, within scope and within budget.

Position Summary:

The ERP Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day project management and coordinated delivery of IT solutions for stakeholders. This role focuses on practical execution, bringing together software delivery teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and governance partners to turn agreed objectives into an executable delivery plan. The Project Manager coordinates the efforts of product, analysis, architecture, development, testing, change, deployment, and support roles. They manage schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, providing clear status communication to ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
