Trace3 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee cross‑functional enterprise system implementations and enhancements. You will manage full lifecycle projects, ensuring on‑time delivery within scope and budget, while aligning with business goals and executive expectations.

Responsibilities include managing charters, requirements, UAT, budgets, and executive reporting. The role requires leadership, collaboration, and a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, project management, or related roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise system implementations (e.g., NetSuite, HR/Payroll).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple cross‑functional projects from initiation to close.
• Define scope, objectives and success metrics with sponsors.
• Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, and design workshops.
• Create detailed project plans, risk registers, and comms plans.
• Manage vendors and external partners to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Lead UAT planning, execution and end‑user readiness.
• Provide executive dashboards and status updates to leadership.
