EnterBridge is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client engagements and oversee software implementations. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, and delivery across multiple accounts, aligning business needs with technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in customer implementations or consulting roles.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into actionable implementation plans.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• Curiosity about new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement planning and budgeting.
• Direct on-time, quality delivery of custom software implementation.
• Manage engagement economics and risk.
• Partner with clients to analyze and understand their system needs.
• Provide recommendations on the best way to execute strategies with technology investment.
• Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management at the client.
• Perform root cause analysis of issues identified in testing or system execution.
• Define deliverables structure and content including requirements gathering from stakeholders.
• Manage engagement team and act as the bridge between the client and software development team.
• Act as a project manager on each engagement.
• Manage relationships with clients including weekly status updates, billing discussions, and client satisfaction reviews.
