Hudson IT and Manpower is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Qualifying Agent to oversee commercial electronic security and low-voltage integration projects across the United States.

The role blends hands-on technical project management, customer account ownership, field technician leadership, and licensing support across multiple states. Remote when not traveling; nationwide travel is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in electronic security, low-voltage integration, or technical project management.
• Willingness to obtain state licenses as a Qualifying Agent within approved timelines.
• Experience with installation, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of security systems.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and networking.

Responsabilidades

• Manage medium to large security projects from handoff through closeout.
• Be primary contact for assigned accounts, manage updates and escalations.
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal groups to ensure delivery.
• Develop schedules, labor plans, budgets, and documentation.
• Guide technicians remotely and during site visits; review plans and drawings.
• Support licensing processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Travel nationwide for surveys, meetings, and commissioning (~2 trips/month).
