Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required; marketing/communications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to visualize and plan objectives strategically in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail orientation and organizational skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects; schedule timelines.
• Define tasks and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project staff and provide direction with QA.
• Schedule and facilitate team status meetings and track deliverables.
• Enforce use of company data programs such as Proof HQ and InTrack3.
