Job summary

Propelis is seeking an Associate Project Manager to help plan, coordinate and manage the execution of small-scale projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, quality, and realized benefits. You will gather requirements, establish plans, confirm cost structures, and oversee execution across teams and clients.

In this remote US position, you will collaborate with manufacturing, sales/marketing, and purchasing to define feasibility and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating small-scale projects.
• Ability to establish project plans, track milestones and costs.
• Strong communication with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes and understands project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones and timelines.
• Communicates status to the PM team and stakeholders.
• Defines cost implications and time constraints to propose alternatives.
• Analyzes cost structure and deviations from approved plans.
• Collaborates with manufacturing, sales/marketing, and purchasing.
• Attends planning meetings and serves as workflow SME.
• Supports workflow management and reporting tool implementation.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to improve processes.
