Job summary

Underscore Marketing seeks a Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and on budget for clients, including pharma projects where preferred.

You will maintain accurate project documentation, manage risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders using Jira, Wrike, and Asana to drive delivery and collaboration in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a Project Management role, preferably with pharma clients
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with project management software (Jira, Wrike, Asana)

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining operational project financial management: estimate development, burn tracking, scope, goals and deliverables
• Develop detailed project schedules and work plans
• Allocate resources and monitor task completion
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure timely completion
• Track progress and resolve issues to keep delivery on track
• Coordinate with team to align with project goals and timelines
• Maintain project documentation including plans, budgets and status reports
