Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of various projects. This role focuses on managing scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks while ensuring stakeholder alignment and business outcomes.

Responsibilities include defining project requirements, coordinating teams, tracking progress, and mitigating risks. The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication and problem-solving in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in project management.
• Experience with Catalyst or similar project management methodologies and budgets.
• Experience with delivery assurance principles and project phases.

Responsibilities

• Creates and implements project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for one or more small to medium projects.
• Assists in staffing projects and coordinates team communication.
• Manages costs, schedules and quality by overseeing deliverables.
• Performs ongoing review of project status and mitigates risks.
• Interacts with stakeholders to manage changes to scope, requirements and schedule.
• Monitors project metrics and manages expectations for clients and team.
• Oversees assigned personnel and provides direction on timeliness and completion of objectives.
