Director, PMO, and define scope, milestones, owners, risks, and success metrics while operating in ambiguity. This role emphasizes governance, cadence, and accountability, partnering with site leaders and function heads to ensure disciplined execution and clear executive‑ready updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, identify risks, and drive accountability.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of operational, financial, and customer implications of project work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive‑ready updates.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and deliver results through collaboration.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into integrated project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, stakeholder maps, and status reports.
• Ensure each project has defined scope, business case, outcomes, resources, and governance.
• Drive execution discipline by aligning priorities, timing, decision rights, and accountability.
• Identify barriers early and work with leaders to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and focus on high‑value activities.
• Create and manage governance routines, steering committee updates, milestone reviews, and escalation processes.
• Ensure progress is visible with metrics and timely communication.
• Track actions, owners, decisions, risks, and dependencies for accountability.
• Escalate risks and decisions promptly to enable informed leadership decisions.
• Reinforce disciplined operating routines so execution is embedded in leadership practices.
• Partner with leaders to align project work with business priorities and drive results.
• Support project prioritization and resource trade‑offs using data and insights.
• Prepare executive‑ready updates and communicate complex information clearly.
