Qualifications

• 3–4 years of corporate project management experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources, meetings, and events with clear agendas.
• Communicate with project teams via calls and emails.
• Create and manage project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Monitor deliverables, action items, and risks.
• Manage vendor documentation, approvals, and payments.
• Assist with events and publication development.
• Provide strategic inputs on planning and operations.
• Support teams with checklists and standard processes.
