Superside is seeking a Project Manager to own key accounts from day one in a fully remote, international setting. You will craft and execute strategies and assets for world‑class brands, navigating a steep learning curve with a focus on AI for creativity.

You'll manage budgets, timelines, and delivery health while coordinating across time zones. 3+ years of PM/creative production experience and strong English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project/Account/Campaign manager or Creative producer in a brand/agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
• Strong grasp of creative workflows and how content drives business outcomes.
• Ability to scope, budget, and track strict timelines and milestones.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Slack/Notion/Asana/Trello).
• Solid English verbal and written communication for large, international groups.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning and timelines across internal and client milestones.
• Create budgets, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Track progress, risks, and delivery health.
• Convert approved briefs into actionable execution plans.
• Lead day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams.
