Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience delivering telecommunications, operational communications, transportation technology, or infrastructure projects.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading complex infrastructure, transportation, or technology programs.
• Proven experience managing communications systems through design, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational acceptance.
• Experience with fiber optic networks, IP/MPLS systems, radio communications, LTE, private wireless networks, mission‑critical communications, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, operational communications, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, suppliers, budgets, schedules, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder coordination on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
