Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• PE license or CCM preferred.
• 10+ years in construction/design/project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, assignments, and pursuits.
• Act as primary client liaison and oversee project team.
• Develop proposals and interview presentations.
• Interface with clients to create new business opportunities.
• Lead design, reports, and cost estimates with QA/QC.
• Mentor staff and ensure conformance with standards.
