Job summary

Egis in the U.S. is seeking a Project Manager, Traction Power in our Sacramento, CA office to lead electrical infrastructure deliveries across design, procurement, construction, testing, energization, and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years delivering power systems and electrical infrastructure projects.
• 10+ years of project management experience on large-scale programs.
• Experience with substations, MV distribution, interconnections, and protective relays.
• Strong coordination with utilities, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of traction power, MV and auxiliary power systems across the project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate interfaces between power systems, utilities, SCADA, signaling, and facilities.
• Oversee utilities, contractors, suppliers, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure integration of substations, interconnections, monitoring, protection, and related infrastructure.
• Support permitting, regulatory approvals, energization readiness, and compliance.
