Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to oversee fiber, utility, or infrastructure construction projects. You will guide projects from planning through closeout, coordinating with field crews, vendors, inspectors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and safety adherence.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction management experience, a plus in fiber projects, and strong communication skills to liaise with senior leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of experience managing construction or fiber-related projects.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project scope, schedule, and resources in alignment with company and client expectations.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting entities to keep work on track.
• Monitor job progress and resolve issues related to timeline, materials, or resource availability.
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, local regulations, and engineering designs.
• Track project expenses, change orders, and documentation for reporting and billing.
• Communicate regularly with Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and client stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, job logs, and schedule updates.
• Support job site visits and quality control checks as required.
• Assist with project forecasting, manpower planning, and procurement coordination.
