Job summary

CrelioHealth Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Client Onboarding to own end-to-end onboarding for US lab clients. You will plan implementations, configure rollout with product and support, train staff, manage go-lives, and ensure clients are set up for expansion.

You will serve as the face of CrelioHealth from kickoff to steady state. The role requires healthcare/LIS experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to drive multiple onboardings remotely.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years implementing or onboarding software for external clients.
• Healthcare experience is required; hands-on time in a clinical laboratory or lab environment preferred.
• Fluency with lab operations concepts: specimen lifecycle, accessioning, QC/QA, interfacing, HIPAA context.
• Excellent presenter and communicator, comfortable with skeptical clinicians and video calls.
• Structured and self-managing: can run multiple onboarding projects remotely without supervision.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US; valid driver's license and work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects for US clients, from kickoff through go-live and handover to support.
• Develop and execute the implementation plan: scope, milestones, data migration, interfaces, and validation.
• Coordinate product, engineering, and support with client stakeholders to keep go-lives on schedule.
• Travel to client sites for kickoffs, go-lives, and training (≈25–40%).
• Train lab staff on workflows and adapt training to each lab's operations.
• Identify expansion opportunities during onboarding and hand them to the growth team.
