Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead client-driven initiatives in our Boston area operations. This role focuses on budget development, schedule adherence, and effective stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with ADA requirements, strong client and team collaboration skills, and a proven ability to deliver milestones on time while maintaining high customer service

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical experience with ADA requirements and corporate real estate management or construction management.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive-level stakeholders.
• High level of customer service and client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and milestones simultaneously.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Solid organizational and analytical abilities; prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail; accurate documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategies with clear assumptions.
• Establish and meet project goals and success criteria for JLL and clients.
• Build rapport with client representatives and clarify deliverables and performance standards.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal teams, partners, clients, and end users.
• Develop detailed project budgets based on data and assumptions.
• Serve as primary client contact through project duration.
• Guide design implementation from concept to construction signoff.
• Maintain Master Project Schedules and ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare RFPs and manage contractor/vendor selection.
• Create procedures for distribution, receipt, and award of projects.
• Facilitate key project meetings with stakeholders to align responsibilities.
• Monitor performance against schedules and milestones across multiple projects.
• Ensure vendor and team compliance with contracts and client expectations.
• Identify and mitigate liabilities and risks to leadership.
• Contribute to best practices and keep Leadership informed of issues.
