Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, particularly in business transformation and systems implementation.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end project life cycles.
• Preferred background in driving financial and operational results through behavioral change strategies.
• Strong budgeting, scoping, and scheduling skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities among multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management fundamentals and tools like Smartsheet or Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex information to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Translate transformation charters into detailed project plans with clear milestones.
• Run regular status reporting and escalation processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with various stakeholders.
• Maintain project RAID logs and drive mitigation actions to closure.
• Partner with change management resources to ensure project deliverables are adopted.
• Conduct stage reviews and present recommendations to the steering committee.

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager, Business Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will drive complex transformation initiatives that improve how the organization operates, executes, and delivers value across the business. You will own end-to-end project delivery, bringing structure and visibility to cross-functional workstreams while partnering closely with stakeholders, change management, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will excel at translating strategy into actionable plans, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring adoption of key deliverables. This is a highly visible role for someone who can balance disciplined project execution with strong communication and stakeholder alignment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $129,500 – $160,000 annually
