Job summary

The position requires 5+ years in project/program management, banking/regulated environment experience preferred, and a capability to communicate effectively with executives. Remote work with EST hours offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Project / Program Management, ideally in technology or infrastructure transformation.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, planning and reporting.
• Experience preparing executive updates and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, datacenter or application migration programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Track dependencies, milestones and delivery plans.
• Prepare and present executive updates for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and cost governance.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and decision-making.
