The role requires coordinating multiple workstreams, proactively managing risks, and ensuring milestones stay on track, with strong PM skills and remote-work capability.

The position emphasizes leadership-facing decisions, stakeholder communication, and implementation readiness, with a 3-month contract

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams in complex projects.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Experience with budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of testing coordination and quality assurance processes.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and aligning with Alaska business hours.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the integrated project plan and coordinate schedules, milestones, and deliverables across workstreams.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; facilitate resolution and drive action-item completion.
• Develop and present recommended solutions and implementation approaches for leadership decisions.
• Assist in developing test plans and coordinating testing cycles.
• Manage project budget, monitor expenditures, and advise on corrective actions.
• Oversee project scope and changes, risks, and issues affecting delivery.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely task completion.
• Support change management and training plans to promote adoption.
