Qualifications

• Experience in managing grant-funded programs or public health initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel to rural communities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop expertise in one or more Rural Health Transformation Program initiatives and coordinate related work with communities, Tribal health organizations, providers and state teams.
• Develop and manage work plans, timelines, deliverables, and documentation to track progress toward program outcomes and coordinate across the team.
• Support federal compliance, reporting, funding decisions, and program monitoring by reviewing guidance and required submissions.
• Coordinate with contractors, awardees, and Department staff to resolve implementation issues and keep projects moving toward measurable results.
