Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems, LLC, fully remote in Chicago, seeks a Project Leader for Claims Distribution and Repricing. You will lead department projects, coordinate delivery, and communicate updates to stakeholders while driving workflow and SOP improvements.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; strong data management and analytical skills; proficiency with Smartsheet, SharePoint and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential for this remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience managing large data sets and data processing.
• Strong analytical skills to help improve workflows and SOPs.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of databases and software systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead department projects including initiation, timelines, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Work with leadership to understand operations and propose optimizations.
• Act as primary contact for project implementation and updates.
• Provide guidance to optimize systems, procedures, and processes.
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
