Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Refund Analyst to coordinate and process refunds on claims. This full-time role is remote with a strong emphasis on accuracy, reporting, and collaboration with the claims team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in claims processing, preferably with QicLink, and are proficient in Word and Excel. The position includes comprehensive benefits and the flexibility of a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of claims processing experience, preferably on the QicLink system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to learn other data systems.

Responsibilities

• Log, track and process all refunds received
• Sort and copy paperwork for refunds when applicable
• Collaborate with other claims staff to determine refund appropriateness
• Provide monthly reports on processing errors causing unsolicited refunds
• Track overpayment projects
• Other duties as assigned
